Logitech webcam?

ok i have a logitech webcam i dont know what model or anythinng but anyway, when i test my mic on it,and even record video on it, its picking up sound, butt when i go on msn and go live on my webcam it doesnt work,everyone i talked to say they cant hear me. and yes there speakers are on , does anyone know whats wrong?

In MSN go to the “Show Menu”….”Tool”…Audio Video Setup…and select the proper microphone from the pulldown menu..when you get to the Microphone part of the setup.
